The type the Cowboy has came from Wal-mart.

The part I found hard was trying
to get the wires into the connectors as Chad did. I gave up and cut and
taped them into the wires. The plus and minu is of interest. I put
mine on the bottom of the mirror.

Hey Smyrna Cowboy

I watched some of your video's on the Trace ride on YouTube last Friday night when I couldn't sleep.  (No it didn't help me sleep).

I have two hip replacements one on each side!  I hope you have healed well by now and are out riding.

Hello everybody.  I posted a new article and if you look in my column, I have videos to explain where I have been.  In a nutshell, I had a total hip replacement.  Here is the article here.

Al Gore and the vast majority of climate scientists point out that global warming has been triggering fiercer and fiercer storms across the globe. As long as some parts of the globe experience a winter season, that means a tendancy toward fiercer and fiercer snow storms in those areas. That may strike a non-scientists as non-intuitive, but it makes a lot of sense when it's charted out.

Had a work day at home yesterday, and even with temps at freezing, I got in a good hour-long joy-ride on my 650 Exec. Drove it home from the dealer's 10 weeks ago (first motorbike since my boyhood mini-bike), and I'm nudging 1,700 miles. When spring starts to roll into eastern Pennsylvania in a couple of months, I'm gonna be a basketcase.

Toodles.

What ever happened to global warming……Have you all noticed how quiet those guys pushing that agenda have been lately.

Very funny just as I said to my wife today. She said yeah we have not heard from Al Gore lately on the news.

I think I read he was having a hip or knee joint worked on.

Sunny south… wrong.

Thanks for the heads up on that Chet. Glad to hear it wasn't anything more serious….

With the advances in orthopedic surgery, knee and hip jobs aren't all that serious anymore so he should be good to go after a couple of months of physiotherapy.

Wheel bearings are easier to change than having to have a full engine strip down if you know what I mean. Laugh

Weather-wise I guess we're all getting a taste of  winter wonderland this year.

Yeah !  I saw that, Chet, on a news bulletin, a while ago.

It swept across the southern states, west to east, from California, through Texas, to Frorida.

But I thought that was a one-off…..or do you get that, regularly ?

PS.

Hope your buddy, Cowboy, is up and about, real soon.

PPS.

I think a lot of people, here, have parked their scooters up, due to the snow, thats now turned to ice.

I think I read he was having a hip or knee joint worked on. I do not know what the time of the operation was but think it was in January. Anyway he has been away from the computer for a while.

Sunny south… wrong. Here in north east Tennessee it is cold and we expect snow. In fact it is cold all the way down in to Florida.

Hey I never knew Dave Netherton was laid low….

I don't read the all posts everyday so must have missed that one.

What's the story…..

Hope you're getting well again, and on the mend Cowboy

You're probably not riding right now but that shouldn't stop you from getting the ol' video cam out and posting up something

Maybe a few shots of open roads down there in the sunny south to help us folks  in Europe remember what it was like to ride before Jack Frost shoveled all that white stuff over us and turned the streets in to ice rinks.Wink

Hope you are getting well from your operation.  Too cold to go out of doors. Maybe this game will entertain you.

OK, if this doesn't consume your day, I don't know what will.
