They fold in and out.  There not power assisted.  As far as adjusting the glass part, they take a lot of force to get the angle right.  I thought I may break them when I adjusted them the first time.  Finally, they broke loose and could tilt the glass easier.

Can anyone tell me how the mirrors on the Burgy 650 are adjusted are they powered.. like the 650 exc?
