   The easiest way to get the plastic retainers to realease is to push DOWN on the center till it snaps. Once removed, push the center plug OUT and then install the plug. Once installed, push the center pin in till it snaps into place and youre done. NO need to fish the center out like you show on the video.

   I agree. Dave did a nice video here on the site showing how to remove them by pushing in the center.
